The first images of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class facelift have leaked onto the internet, ahead of its debut at the 2013 Detroit Motor Show in mid-January.
As you can see, the facelifted version comes with many design changes, including a restyled bumper, a new grille with a thicker chrome surround, new headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights and geometric inserts. There's also a slightly refreshed rear fascia, redesigned rear doors and large alloy wheels.
Under the hood, the engine lineup will most likely include a 3.5-liter V6 with 333 hp, a turbocharged 4.7-liter V8 with 435 hp and a 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 with 537 hp. There's also a new entry-level model which features a Renault-sourced 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine with 156 hp.
