Following yesterday’s leaked photos at a private Nurburgring event, BMW has just released more official photos of the all-new M6 Gran Coupe.
The hot four-door coupe displayed at the event has a carbon fiber roof, 20-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and track-focused M ceramic brakes. The front and rear bumpers are lifted straight from the M6 coupe and convertible.
Motivation is expected to be provided by a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine with 552 hp and 680 Nm of torque. Power will be sent to the wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission which allows the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and hit a top speed of 250 km/h.
The 2013 M6 Gran Coupe will arrive in dealerships in the summer of next year, following BMW's official unveiling in December 2012. The car will make its first public appearance in January at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show.
