BMW is planning to introduce six new diesel models in the United States within the next two years.

At a recent BMW North American meeting, the leaked image of a presentation slide reveals that the German carmaker will bring a 3-Series sedan diesel in early 2013 and it will be joined by a diesel-powered 3-Series Touring in the second half of the year. In the third quarter of 2013, we will also see a 5-Series diesel, while an X5d, which might actually be the next generation model in the 35d version, will go on sale at end of next year.

In addition, BMW will also offer the 7-Series diesel and the X3 diesel in the first half of 2014.
