VIDEO: Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 45th Anniversary in action

Mercedes-Benz has officially presented the SLS AMG GT3 45th Anniversary Edition at the 2012 Sao Paulo Motor Show in Brazil.
According to the German carmaker, the special race car features a designo magno graphite matte exterior, AMG light alloy wheels in designo magno graphite and a “45 Years of Driving Performance” logo on the gullwing doors.
Interior changes are minor but include a steel roll-over cage finish in design magno graphite to match the exterior and an individually-numbered badge, while the center console and the dashboard feature a matte carbon fiber look.
Buyers will be given a tour of the factory and personal instruction by AMG brand ambassador Bernd Schneider. He’ll be personally handing over the keys at AMG’s headquarters in Affalterbach, Germany.
Only 5 units will be produced and each of these in Germany has a starting price of €446,250 (approximately $578,530), including VAT.
