The Lexus CT200h F Sport has recently been launched in Malaysia for a starting price of RM206,877.
First introduced back in 2010 in Sydney, the F Sport version features an improved body kit, new bumpers, a larger rear spoiler, a mesh front grille, flared side skirts and 16-inch dark finish alloy wheels. In the cabin, we find an F-Sport steering wheel with a flat bottom section, aluminum pedals and scuff plates.
Motivation is provided by a 2ZR-FXE 1.8-liter Atkinson cycle four-cylinder petrol engine and a rear mounted electric motor / generator system. Power is sent to the front wheels via an electronically controlled CVT.
Besides the introduction of the CT200h F Sport, Lexus Malaysia has also announced the base CT200h and CT200h Luxury versions have received some kit upgrades. Now, the base CT200h (RM168,000) adds power folding mirrors as well as Bluetooth functionality in its audio system, while the CT200h Luxury (RM202,899) gets a DVD player with Lexus's premium 10-speaker audio system, a hard-disk GPS navigation system with Electro Multi Vision (EMV) screen and a four-way power adjustment driver’s seat with three seat position memory setting.
