Chevrolet has recently announced plans to release 13 all-new or updated models in 2013.
"13 is a big year for Chevrolet," said Michael Albano, head of Chevrolet communications. "You know some of them. There’s a lot of chatter about others and a couple will be complete surprises, which we’re thrilled about."
The vehicles is counting in that list is the all-new 2014 Silverado pickup, Silverado HD pickup, Tahoe and Suburban SUVs, all-new 2014 Impala, Spark EV, 2013 Cruze Diesel, 2013 Sonic RS, 2014 SS performance sedan, refreshed 2013 Traverse SUV and the 2013 Equinox with a new V6 engine.
Next year will be an important one for Chevrolet as GM continues to strengthen its passenger car sales. Chevrolet sold 1.42 million vehicles in the first nine months of the year in the United States, up 4.9 percent from the same period in 2011.
