Nissan has just announced the pricing details for the 2013 Pathfinder, which will go on sale later this month.
According to the Japanese carnaker, the SUV is available in 4WD and 2WD drive configurations and in four trim levels: S ($28,270), SV ($31,530), SL ($34,470), Platinum ($39,170). All prices do not include an $825 destination and handling fee.
Power comes from a 3.5-liter V6 engine with 260 hp and 248 lb-ft of torque, mated to an Xtronic continuously variable transmission. This allows the car to offer a standard towing capacity of 2,268 kg. In terms of efficacy, it returns an EPA-estimated 20 mpg city / 26 mpg highway / 22 mpg combined in the FWD version and 19 mpg city / 25 mpg highway / 21 mpg combined in the AWD model.
