Besides the 208 Type R Rally Car, 208 XY, Onyx concept, 208 GTi and the RCZ R concept, Peugeot is also displaying the 2008 concept at the Paris Motor Show.
Essentially an evolution of the Urban concept which debuted earlier this year, the concept has a yellow exterior with black accents and previews an upcoming small crossover to rival the Nissan Juke.
At 4,140 mm long and 1,740 mm wide, the 2008 is 5 mm longer and 25 mm narrower than Nissan's B-segment crossover.
Under the hood, power comes from a turbocharged 1.2-liter 3-cylinder petrol engine with 108 hp which promises to provide low fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
The production version will come out sometime next year. It will take the fight to rivals, such as the Nissan Juke or the Skoda Yeti as well as the new Opel Mokka.
