After first introduced at the 2012 Detroit Motor Show in January, the Nissan e-NV200 panel van concept is now being displayed at the IAA Commercial Vehicle Show in Hanover, Germany.

Set to enter production in the second quarter of 2013, the concept is powered by an electric motor with 107 hp and 280 Nm of torque, along with a lithium-ion battery which can be charged to 80% in just 30 minutes thanks to a "Quick Charge" system. The battery can also be used to power tools and equipment up to 6,000W.

According to the Japanese carmaker, the production version will be offered in three configurations: a panel van, a passenger carrying shuttle / taxi and a family-oriented version.
