According to a recent report from Motor Trend, Acura is considering a new sports car which is internally known as the "Small NSX."
Specifically, the model will look like a smaller version of the NSX and be equipped with a version of Honda's SH-AWD system.
Power will likely be provided by a turbocharged direct-injection engine, possibly a 2.4-liter four-cylinder or a 2.0-liter four-cylinder or even the 3.5-liter V6. There's also the possibility that it will be fitted with some kind of hybrid drivetrain.
Additional infomation is limited, but the car could be introduced in 2016 or 2017. It would likely cost between $50,000 and $60,000.
