Toyota has announced plans to introduce a special edition of the Yaris at the upcoming Paris Motor Show, called the Trend.
Designed to aim at young buyers who are looking for a distinct look, the special edition is distinguished by the blacked-out B and C pillars, chrome door sills, chrome door mirror covers, 16-inch alloy wheels in a two-tone finish and a roof-mounted spoiler with LED lamp clusters.
Inside, the cabin gets a black and white theme with ochre accents while the seats have been upholstered in a leather-like material. The panels of the upper dashboard have a white finish and the geometry of the center console is changed. The gear shift has a shorter throw and features a larger gear knob, while deco line graphics have been applied on the doors, front wings, headrests and dashboard.
The Toyota Yaris Trend will go on sale next year, with prices to be announced nearer launch.
