Mazda has just released the first official photos of the 2013 CX-9 which will make its global debut at the 2012 Sydney Motor Show in October.
Set to go on sale later this year, the new seven-seater SUV combines KODO design theme with the Zoom-Zoom driving dynamics. It is improved in terms of safety with new features like Lane Departure Warning, Forward Obstruction Warning and High Beam Control.
According to the Japanese carmaker, the car will also be offered with a new infotainment system which features revised navigation and speech-recognition systems based on the Human Machine Interface (HMI).
At launch, the 2013 CX-9 will be powered by a V6 3.7-liter engine, linked to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Unfortunately, there are no SkyActiv technologies featured on the new CX-9.
