Honda has just released the first photo of the 2013 CR-Z, ahead of its first public debut at the Paris Motor Show on September 27.
According to the Japanese carmaker, this facelift features some minor changes to the exterior and interior but the most significant changes can be seen under the hood.
Power still comes from a 1.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine and an electric motor that in the current model produce a maximum output of 122 hp and 173 Nm of torque. However, the updated version will bring an increase in power “without compromising fuel economy or increasing exhaust emissions”.
Besides the 2013 CR-Z, Honda will also bring the Civic, which is powered by a 118 hp 1.6-liter i-DTEC diesel, and the EV-STER roadster concept to the French automotive event.
