The 2013 Citroen DS5 has recently been launched in Australia for a starting price of AUD47,990.
According to the French carmaker, the crossover
wagon measures 4,530 mm long, 1,871 mm wide, 1,504 mm tall and a wheelbase of 2,727 mm. It comes with fog lights, electrically folding side mirrors, gloss black
rear spoiler, twin chrome exhausts and 18-inch gloss black alloy wheels. There’s also front and rear parking sensors, LED daytime running lights, automatic
directional xenon headlights and rain-sensing wipers.
Inside, the cabin gets push-button start, leather-wrapped steering
wheel, dual-zone climate control, satellite navigation system, rear-view camera,
as well as a 6-speaker audio system with AUX and USB, Bluetooth phone
connectivity with audio streaming.
Power comes from a 1.6-liter THP engine with 155 hp and a peak torque of
240 Nm. It allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.7 seconds,
before reaching a top speed of 202km/h. In terms of efficiency, economy
figure is 7.3-liter per 100 km.
