BMW has recently announced the 2013 7-Series facelift will be showcased at the upcoming Paris Motor Show later this month.
As we have previously reported, the 7-Series engine lineup is expanded with the new TwinPower Turbo 6-cylinder
diesel engine. In addition, the upgraded ActiveHybrid7 will get the 740i's 315 hp
3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six engine, along with a 54 hp electric motor. It
allows the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 5.7 seconds. In terms of efficiency, the new hybrid
model returns an average fuel economy of 41.5 mpg with CO2 emissions of 158
g/km.
All of the
2013 BMW 7-Series range get auto start/stop, brake energy regeneration and
ECO PRO mode.
