ABT Sportsline has recently introduced their new tuning program for the Volkswagen Beetles, which is equipped with the 2.0-liter TDI engine.
According to the German tuner, the engine has been tuned to develop 168 hp and 370 Nm of torque from the standard 138 hp and 320 Nm. This allows the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 8.8 seconds which 0.7 seconds faster than the standard model.
Besides the mechanical modifications, the upgrade package also features an aerodynamic body kit, which includes modified bumpers, a lip spoiler and eyelashes on the headlights. There's also a sport-tuned suspension, high-performance brakes and 18- to 20-inch racing wheels.
No details on the price have been announced yet.
