The Bugatti Veyron L'edition Centenaire was released in 2009. Only 4 cars in different colour schemes have been made to pay homage to France, Italy, the UK and Germany and the company's racing histories in the first half of the last century.
This is the Bleu Centenaire, which comes with the two tone blue and silver body, representing Jean-Pierre Wimille from France. It has recently been spotted on the streets of Monaco by Youtube user Shmee150.
