In a recent business trip in Malaysia, our photographer has spotted this Lamborghini Gallardo Malaysia Limited Edition in the parking lot of the Cititel hotel, Kuala Lumpur. As far as we know this is the first Gallardo MLE which appears on the streets of Malaysia.
First introduced on May 3, 2012, the special supercar is the result between the collaboration of Lamborghini KL and Automobili Lamborghini SpA. It features a complete exterior Superleggera kit which includes a more aggressive front bumper, carbon fiber side skirts and titanium exhaust tips.
Motivation is provided by a devastating 5.2-litre V10 engine with 550 hp and 540 Nm of torque, allowing the MLE to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds and hit a top speed of 320 km/h.
Only 20 units will be made and pricing starts at $554,000. Each car has a 'MLE Limited Edition 20' plaque, located on the lower part of the B-pillar.
