Bimmerpost has recently released some renderings of how the front end of the BMW M3 (F80).
Judging by these photos, the upcoming model will adopt a significantly more aggressive front bumper/apron and a lot of various styling elements which are easily found in the 1M Coupe and the M6. That is all from these pictures and just only people on the inside know how the new sedan will look like.
Motivation can be provided by a tri-turbo 3.2-liter inline six-cylinder engine with 444 hp. The power will be sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox or an optional seven-speed dual clutch transmission. A Performance Package is expected to be offered on the new M3 which will produce 473 hp, allowing the car to hit a top speed of 300 km/h.
The BMW M3 is expected to hit the market in either late 2013 or early 2014.
