North American carmaker Buick has just announced the pricing of 2013 Verano Turbo.
Set to arrive at dealerships this fall, the sedan will have a starting price of $29,990, including a destination charge of $885. It is powered by a direct injection Ecotec 2.0-liter turbo engine with 250 hp at 5,300 rpm and 353 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm, allowing the car to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 6.2 seconds. In terms of efficacy, the model returns 20 mpg city and 31 mpg highway when equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Standard features include a Bose 9-speaker audio system, leather-appointed upholstery, push-button start, rear park assist and rear-view camera, radar-based side blind zone alert and rear cross-traffic alert, heated front seats and a heated steering wheel, while a power sunroof and navigation are optional.
"Buick Verano continues to build momentum in the marketplace with eight straight months of sales increases since launch," said Tony DiSalle, vice president of Buick marketing. "The new Verano Turbo increases the performance of an already capable luxury sedan while continuing to offer customers the smart, purposeful technology they expect."
