Aston Martin has released official images and details of the V12 Vantage Roadster.
According to the British carmaker, the new roadster comes with a strengthened body structure which was necessary for the folding soft top, modified front and rear suspensions as well as a revised luggage lid and a redesigned rear spoiler. Other modification elements include carbon fiber mirror caps, carbon fiber side strakes, carbon fibre rear lamp infills, new forged alloy wheels with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres, black exhaust pipes and Aston Martin emblems with black background.

Motivation is provided by a 6.0-liter V12 engine with 517 hp and 570 Nm of torque. It is mated to a six-speed manual transmission, allowing the supercar to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and hit a top speed of 305 km/h.
The engine performance depends on the driver selected performance mode. The standard Normal mode is for a more relaxed quieter drive, while the Sport mode will give the Roadster a more dynamic response.
The Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster is already available for order in selected market with pricing starts at £150,000.
