Mercedes-Benz has announced plans to release a special C63 AMG Performance Studio Edition exclusively for the Japanese market.
Designed by AMG Performance Studio, the sedan features a Designo Magno Night Black matte exterior finish, a red outer lip, unique exhaust tailpipes and 19-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels in black with a red rim.
Inside, the cabin has red and black nappa leather on the dashboard, armrest, center console and door panels. There's also a two-tone leather-wrapped steering wheel covered in designo classic red leather and a special AMG COMAND display.
Under the hood, the 6.2-liter V8 engine gets an AMG Performance Package which adds an extra 30 hp to 487 hp and 600 Nm of torque.
First deliveries start in November 2012, with pricing in Japan starts at 15 million Yen (about $192,000).
