Hyundai has announced full pricing details and specifications for the 2013 Elantra GT in the United States.
Set to go on sale later this month, the six-speed manual gearbox model has a starting price of $18,395, while the six-speed automatic transmission version costs $19,395, with both excluding a $775 destination and handling fee.
Under the hood, the hatchback is powered by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine with 148 hp and 131 lb-ft of torque, allowing it to return 39 mpg on the highway.
Standard features include heated front seats, heated power side mirrors, alloy wheels, seven airbags, daytime running lights, air conditioning with cooled glove box, an audio system with iPod and MP3 auxiliary input jacks plus steering wheel mounted controls, Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System with voice recognition, remote keyless entry system with alarm, cruise control and adaptable steering system (Comfort, Normal, Sport).
In addition, the South Korean carmaker also offers a $2,740 Style Package and a $2,350 Tech Package, which requires the Style Package.
