According to a new report from AutoExpress, Bugatti is already working on a Veyron successor, which could be a hybrid. It will also be lighter, faster and is likely to bear the Veyron badge again.
Bugatti chief vehicle engineer Jens Schulenburg said "The big challenge on the next car will be reducing weight - we are looking at some incredible technologies, such as wheels made entirely from carbon fiber. Hybrids are definitely something we're looking at, too."
Additional infomation is limited, but the supercar will likely debut sometime after the Galibier, which appeared as a concept in 2009, goes on sale in 2014.
