After being officially revealed last week, Aston Martin has recently announced the pricing of the AM 310 Vanquish in the United States.
Accordingly, the DBS successor will have starting price of $279,995 in the world's largest automotive market. The British supercar features fourth generation VH bonded aluminium monocoque chassis and most of the Vanquish Mk2's body panels are constructed from carbon fiber. The torsional rigidity has been improved by over 25 percent.
Motivation is provided by an upgraded 6.0-liter V12 engine with 565 hp at 6,750 rpm and 620 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. The power is send to the wheels via a Touchtronic 2 six-speed automatic transmission, allowing the car to accelerate from 0-62 mph in 4.1 seconds and hit a top speed of 183 mph.
