2015 Toyota Prius will be lighter, more fuel efficient

New details are starting to emerge about the fourth-generation Toyota Prius which is expected to be launched in 2015.
According to Inside Line, the car will feature lighter materials, improved aerodynamic styling and specially-designed tires with lower rolling resistance. All efforts aimed at boosting the fuel economy of the world's best-selling hybrid car.
It remains unclear how much can be done to boost the car's mechanical efficiency, but the 2012 Prius is rated by the EPA at 51 mpg in city driving and 48 mpg on the highway.
