Japanese luxury automaker Lexus has recently announced the pricing of the 2013 GX 460.

Set to arrive at dealerships in July, the base version will cost $53,445 - a $200 increase over last year’s model, while the range-topping GX 460 Premium starts at $58.915, both prices exclude a $875 destination fee.

The Premium model will be equipped with standard features such as auto-dimming power-folding exterior mirrors, bubing wood trimming, a three zone automatic climate control system, adaptive headlights with HID technology and others.

In addition, Lexus also offers some upgrade packages, including a Sport Design kit with 18-inch F Sport wheels ($1,999), a Mark Levinson premium surround sound system ($3,930) and a rear seat entertainment system which includes two LCD displays ($2,400).

Under the hood, the 4.6-liter V8 engine develops 301 horsepower at 5,500 rpm and 329 lb-ft of torque at 3,500 rpm. This allows the SUV to tow a truck-like 6,500 pounds while still carrying seven-passengers in comfort.
