Jaguar has officially confirmed plans to offer a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine for the upcoming F-Type.
According to the British based automaker, this engine will likely be one or perhaps even both versions. The first version produces 510 hp and 624 Nm of torque, while the second variant develops 550 hp and 745 Nm of torque in the range topping F-Type.
Alongside the 5.0-liter V8 engine, the 2-seater roadster will also get a 3.0-liter V6 engine which is available in two outputs, with 375 hp or 335 hp.
The Jaguar F-Type will go on sale worldwide next year.
