Ford has announced the 2013 Focus ST will start at $23,700 ( not including a $795 delivery and handing fee) in the U.S. market.

Currently available for order, the model features an aggressive body kit, xenon headlights, an all-new anti-roll bar design, a sport-tuned suspension and 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 performance tires.

Inside, the cabin comes with sport seats, aluminum pedals, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and MyFord Touch connectivity. Options include HID headlights, a premium Sony sound system with 10 speakers, ambient lighting and Recaro sport seats.

Among the stand-alone options are a moonroof ($895), navigation system ($795) and Tangerine Scream tri-coat paint ($495).

Under tho bonnet, the sporty hatchback is powered by a 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine with 252 hp and 366 Nm of torque. The power is sent to the front wheels via a six-speed manual transmission, allowing it to accelerate from 0-62 mph in just 6.5 seconds and hit an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph.

As a bonus, the first 1,000 customers, who will order between May 1 and August 20, will be given a free GoPro HD Hero2 Motorsports Edition Camera System.
