According to a recent report from Autoexpress, Renault will offer a new entry-level crossover which will rival the Nissan Juke.
Inspired by the Captur concept from the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, the production model will reportedly debut early next year and has sleek styling with Renault’s latest wide grille.
Engine options will likely include a 108 hp 1.5-liter diesel and a turbocharged 1.6-liter petrol with 187 hp and 240 Nm of torque. Just like the Nissan Juke, the model will be available with the four-wheel drive system, but the vast majority of the entry-level versions sold will be front-wheel drive.
In addition, Renault is also planning to offer two other crossovers based on the next generation Nissan Qashqa and X-Trail.
