The 2013 Honda Crosstour Concept has been officially unveiled to the public at the New York Auto Show.
According to the Japanese carmaker, the concept is designed to preview the next-generation model, which will be launched in a similar style this fall. It features a massive grille, a sporty front bumper, new sills and plastic body cladding. There's also a bulging hood, a revised tailgate and 19-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the cabin gets revised trim materials, an 8-inch, in-dash information display, keyless ignition and steering-wheel mounted paddle shifters on V6 models.
Besides these, the 2013 Crosstour will also come with a Lane Departure Warning (LDW) system, a Forward Collision Warning system and a LaneWatch blind spot monitoring system.
Under the hood, two different engines are vailable: a 2.4-liter i-VTEC with 192 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission, or a 3.5-liter i-Vtec V6 with 271 hp, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission and available AWD.
