The 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG has recently been launched in the United Kingdom for a starting price of £82,995.
According to the German carmaker, the 2012 ML63 AMG is powered by a 5.5-liter biturbo direct-injection V8 engine with 525 hp and 700 Nm of torque - or 557 hp and 760 Nm with the optional AMG Performance Package (£6,165). This allows the car to accelerate from 0-96 km/h in 4.6 seconds (4.5 seconds with the AMG Performance Package) and hit an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (280 km/h with the AMG Performance Package).
The SUV is 40 percent more fuel efficient and 30 percent less polluting than the old car, which was being powered by a 6.2 liter V8 engine.
