Acura has recently announced the 2013 ILX will start at $26,795 in the United States, including an $895 destination fee.
According to the Japanese carmaker, the entry-level model comes with features like a power moonroof, leather seats with cloth inserts, a passive entry system and a push-button ignition. There's also Bluetooth connectivity, automatic climate control, a Pandora internet radio interface and text messaging functions.
The $3,300 premium package adds leather upholstery, heated front seats, a power driver's seat, active noise cancellation system, an upgraded 360 watt audio system, a multi-angle back-up camera, HID headlights, foglights and 17-inch aluminum wheels.
Power comes from a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 150 hp and 190 Nm of torque. It is mated to a five-speed automatic transmission, allowing the car to return 28 mpg combined.
Next, the $28,900 ILX Hybrid features a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine and an electric motor, allowing the model to develop 111 hp and 172 Nm of torque. Thanks to the fuel-saving tech, it returns an EPA-estimated 39 mpg in the city / 38 mpg on the highway.
Lastly, the $29,200 ILX is powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine with 201 hp and 230 Nm of torque. It features a six-speed manual transmission and the Premium Package mentioned previously as standard.
The 2013 Acura ILX will arrive in U.S. showrooms on May 22.
