SsangYong has just introduced the XIV-2 Convertible Concept at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show today.
Described as an evolution of the XIV-1 shown at 2011 IAA in Frankfurt, the concept actually previews a new model series the brand currently has in development. According to the Korean carmaker, the production version will come in four body styles, including five-door and three-door, coupe and extended body styles.
Under the hood, two four-cylinder engines are available, the 1.6-liter petrol engine develops 123 horsepower and emitting up to 127 g/km of CO2, while the 1.6-liter diesel engine produces 128 horsepower and emitting just 112 g/km of CO2.
