To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the S-Class Coupe, Mercedes-Benz has launched a new special edition of the CL-Class.
Dubbed the CL Grand Edition, the model can be ordered in three exterior finishes of Platinum Black Metallic, Mocha Black Metallic and Magno Cashmere. In addition, the special edition also comes with the AMG Sports package, which includes front and rear aprons, side sills, rocker panel extensions and 20-inch light-alloy wheels in two choices, five-spoke or 10-spoke designs.
Inside, the cabin has a few special features, such as “Grand Edition” badges and special designo aniline leather upholstery, offered in three finishes, armagnac, deep black and porcelain.
Safety features include ABC (Active Body Control) with crosswind stabilization, drowsiness detection system Attention Assist, Adaptive Highbeam Assist, Active Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist and Pre-Safe automatic emergency braking.
Under the hood, two engine options are available, the 4.6-liter twin-turbo V80 in the CL500 produces 435 hp and 700 Nm of torque, while the 5.5-liter twin-turbo V12 in the CL600 develops 517 hp.
