Opel has officially announced the Mokka will be introduced to the public at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
Based on the GM’s Gamma II platform, the five-seater SUV is 4,280 mm long, 1,645 mm high and a 2,555 mm wheelbase. According to the carmaker, it will be available with a choice of front or all-wheel drive.
Under the hood, the Mokka will be powered by three efficient engines: a 1.6-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder with 115 hp, a 1.4-liter petrol turbocharged with 142 hp and a 1.7-liter CDTi turbodiesel with 132 hp and 300 Nm of torque. All equipped with fuel saving Start/Stop technology.
