Jeep Grand Cherokee Sports concept coming to Geneva


Jeep has officially announced plans to introduce the Grand Cherokee Sports Concept at the Geneva Motor Show on March 6.

Just like the Jeep Compass concept, the Grand Chrokee Sports is also a production-intent special edition and comes with a gloss black accent look which is found on the 20-inch aluminum wheels, black headlamp bezels, grille surround. There's aslo tinted rear passenger windows, liftgate light-bar, new roof molding covers to replace the roof rack, lower bumper fascia, a mesh grille and black chrome dual exhaust tips.

Inside, the cabin features a heated leather steering wheel, Nappa leather and suede seats, carbon fiber trim and bright accelerator, brake pedals and door trim panels.

Under the hood, the Jeep Grand Cherokee is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 turbo-diesel engine with Fiat's Multijet II technology producing 241 hp and 550 Nm off torque, matched a five-speed automatic transmission with Electronic Range Select (ERS).
