Jeep Compass Black Look Concept to debut in Geneva

Jeep has announced plans to introduce a looks-oriented concept based on the Compass at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.

Called the Compass Black Look, the concept is a 'production intent' special edition, which is the carmaker’s attempt to evaluate the European public’s reaction to a different Compass. The model comes with an all-new Black exterior treatment, black-gloss step pads and new 18-inch black-gloss aluminium wheels.

Inside, the cabin features "Bluetooth UConnect Phone, 9-speaker premium Bosston Acoustics sound system, DVD player, AUX port, USB compatibility, 6.5-inch touch screen, 30 GB hard disk and the UConnect multimedia navigations and entertainment system".

Under the hood, the Jeep Compass Black Look concept is powered by a 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine with 163 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque, mated to a Freedom Drive permanent all-wheel drive system.
