Citroen has recently revealed the first images and details for the DS4 Racing Concept, ahead of its world premiere at the 82nd Geneva Motor Show on March 6.
According to the French automaker, the DS4 Racing Concept has been developed by the engineers at Citroen racing and features what is described as 100% racing attributes. The chassis has been lowered by 35 mm compared to the regular model, whilst the track widened by 55 mm at the front and 75 mm at the rear. Aerodynamics are enhanced by a front bumper lower spoiler, carbon fiber trim on the grille, an air diffuser, wing extensions, lower-body belt line and wheel arch extensions, all finished in a matte grey.
The concept is also fitted with a fixed four-piston caliper brakes at the front together with wide 380 mm discs and larger diameter 19-inch wheels.
Under the hood, the Citroen DS4 Racing Concept is powered by a 1.6-liter turbo engine with 256 hp - that's 160 hp per liter. Despite its high output, CO2 emissions are just 155 g/km.
