Chevrolet has recently announced pricing for the new Camaro in the United Kingdom.
Specifically, the Coupe has a starting price of £34,995 ($55,100 or €42,300), while the Convertible will cost £39,995 ($63,000 or €48,300).
In addition to the standard models, Chevrolet is also offering the 2012 45th anniversary Camaro, which features a Carbon Flash Black paint with red and silver stripes, dark silver 20-inch alloys and a unique 45th anniversary leather interior with red, white and blue stitching. Prices are set at £36,495 ($57,500 or €44,100) for the Coupe and £41,495 ($65,400 or €50,100) for the Convertible.
All models are powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine with 432 hp (for the standard 6-speed manual gearbox) and 405 hp with the £1,500 optional six-speed automatic. This allows the Camaro to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.2 seconds in the manual Coupe and in 5.6 seconds in the auto Convertible. Both models have an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.
