2013 Toyota Land Cruiser ready for Chicago

Toyota has announced it will introduce the 2013 Land Cruiser at the Chicago Auto Show on February.

According to the Japanese carmaker, the model features a new grille, headlights that incorporate LED daytime running lights, new exterior mirrors and additional chrome trim. Inside, the cabin comes with perforated leather seats, high-gloss wood trim and metallic accents. New features include a rear-seat entertainment system, a Multi-terrain Monitor system, a 14-speaker JBL audio system, an Adaptive Cruise Control and an Entune infotainment system with GPS navigation.

Power comes from a 5.7-liter V8 engine with 381 hp and 543 Nm of torque. It is connected to a six-speed automatic transmission and an AWD system, allowing the car to return an estimated 13 mpg in the city and 18 mpg on the highway.

The facelifted Toyota Land Cruiser will arrive at dealerships in the US later this month.
