2013 Audi RS4 Avant leaked

The first official pictures of the 2013 Audi RS4 Avant have been leaked this afternoon, ahead of its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March.

As you can see, the wagon has a new front fascia with a honeycomb grille and larger air intakes, a discrete roof spoiler, a redesigned rear bumper, side skirts and two massive exhaust tips. There's also LED-infused headlights, high-performance brakes, matte aluminum accents and 19-inch ten-spoke alloy wheels with 265/35-series tires.

Inside, the cabin comes with a pair of sports seats, a flat-bottomed steering wheel, a carbon fiber trim, alloy pedals and a multimedia system in the dashboard.

Power will reportedly be provided by a high-revving 4.2-liter V8 engine with 444 hp at 8,250 rpm and 430 Nm of torque between 4,000 and 6,000 rpm. It is mated to a seven-speed S tronic transmission which is backed up by a quattro all-wheel drive system, allowing the model to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.7 seconds and hit a top speed of 280 km/h, while consuming less than 11-liter/100 km on average (21.4 mpg US).

The 2013 Audi RS4 Avant will arrive in European dealerships in fall 2012 with a base price of €76,600 in Germany.
