2012 Volkswagen Tiguan launched in China

The 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan has recently been launched in China.
Available as an imported model, the Tiguan for China is powered by a 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine which is burning an average of just 6-liter/100 km. According to the German carmaker, the model is available in two trim levels, the entry-level version starts at RMB342,500, while the top of the line will cost RMB385,900.
As a small reminder, the Volkswagen Tiguan was produced in late 2007 in Wolfsburg, Germany. The full production Tiguan was revealed at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show and made its debut one year later in Europe and two years later in North America.
