Hyundai has announced the 2012 Azera will start at $32,000 in the United States, excluding an $875 delivery and handling fee.
According to the South Korean automaker, the 2012 Azera is $4,725 less than the 2012 Lexus ES350 ($36,725) and costs $5,500 more expensive than the previous version, it’s because the new one comes with more standard features than the 2011 Azer.
Standard and optional features include:

Power comes from a revised 3.3-liter Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engine with 293 hp, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission driving the front wheels. It returns a fuel economy of 20 mpg in the city, 29 mpg on the highway and 23 mpg combined.
The 2012 Hyundai Azera will go on sale in April. Customers can choose one of the following colors: Black Onyx Pearl, Porcelain White Pearl, Silver Frost Metallic, Smoke Gray Metallic, Hyper Silver Metallic, Venetian Red Pearl, Bronze Mist Metallic and Midnight Blue Pearl.
