Audi has announced the 2012 RS5 facelift will start at £58,725, with the first UK deliveries scheduled to debut in April.
First revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show last September, the model has a revised single frame grille design, sharper and more pronounced hood contours, LED daytime running lights and LED rear lights, new look front and rear bumpers and new 19-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin features a new flat-bottomed RS three-spoke steering wheel, air conditioning, Multi Media Interface, mirror adjustment and electric window switchgear.
Standard features include a Bluetooth mobile phone integration, cruise control, DVD navigation and Audi Music Interface iPod connection.
The German carmaker also offers a new optional Sport Package at £2,250 which includes Dynamic Ride Control, sports exhaust, dynamic steering and 20-inch rotor-design titanium-look alloy wheels.
Under the hood, the 2012 Audi RS5 facelift is powered by a hand built 4.2-liter V8 engine 444 hp and 430 Nm of torque. The power is transmitted to the quattro permanent all-wheel-drive system via a Seven-speed S-tronic transmission. This allowing the coupe to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and hit an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.
