The company's marketing chief Joel Ewanick has admitted that the CTS-V has actually been designed for Europe, but it haven’t been treated seriously in Europe. The CTS-V is currently only available in left-hand drive, meaning the UK is denied the chance to get it in its ideal set-up for the roads. Therefore it is good news to hear Ewanick say "we’re geared up for right-hand drive now, we’re working on it."
As a reminder, the CTS-V is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V8-engine with 556 hp and up to 747 Nm of torque, allowing the car to accelerate from 0-96 km/h in 3.9 seconds.
In related news, besides the CTS-V, the Cadillac ATS will also be offered in the UK in right-hand drive.
