Peugeot has already started releasing the first limited edition model for the 208 supermini.
Called the 208 Ice Velvet, the model will be available only as a 3-door model and features a satinated matte paint finish, a darker finish for the grille, fog lights, panoramic roof and side mirrors, and bright chrome on the window surrounds and the exhaust pipe, while it rides on bespoke 17-inch alloy wheels.
Standard features include front lights with LED daytime running lights, a panoramic glass roof with blue guide lights, a large touch screen on the center console, satellite navigation, automatic climate control and sports seats.
Under the hood, two engine options will be available: a 120 hp 1.6-liter gasoline engine mated to a five-speed manual gearbox and a 115 hp 1.6-liter diesel engine combined with a six-speed manual gearbox.
Only 650 units will be built and sold in 18 European countries, with 208 units sold in France being priced at €23,500.
