Honda has announced plans to introduce the Jazz Hybrid in Malaysia in the first quarter of this year.
According to the Japanese carmaker, the Jazz Hybrid is distinguished by a few cosmetic tweaks, like the revised headlamps on the “green” model which come with a blue tint, a new front grille, the modified front and rear bumpers, and the Lime Green signature on the exterior.
Power comes from a 1.3-liter SOHC i-VTED engine with 88 hp and 121 Nm of torque. The engine is helped by IMA (Integrated Motor Assist), to put down 14 hp and 78 Nm of torque, along with a 0.6 kWh Ni-MH battery pack.
The Malaysian Honda Jazz Hybrid is expected to be priced under RM100,000.
