Chevrolet has unveiled the 2013 Corvette 427 Convertible and the 60th Anniversary Package.
Described as the fastest convertible in Corvette's history, the 2013 Corvette 427 convertible is powered by a 7.0-liter LS7 engine from the Corvette Z06, delivering 505 hp and 637 Nm of torque. It is mated to a six-speed manual transmission, allowing the 1,522 kg car to accelerate from 0-60 mph in in 3.8 seconds and hit a top speed of 190 mph.
Meanwhile, the Corvette 60th Anniversary Package features an Arctic White exterior, blue leather interior, blue convertible top, ZR1 rear spoiler, the 60th logo fitted onto the wheel center caps, optional racing stripes with convertible top and 60th Anniversary badges fitted all over the car.
Both vegicles will debut at the Barrett Jackson auction on Jan 21.
