According to the German carmaker, European markets will receive the first models from next month whilst the American, Russians and Asian markets will have to wait until the spring to see it in their showrooms.
The facelifted model features some new technologies, like a camera which is detecting road signs and a system which is adjusting the headlights according to other vehicles on the road, named the Dynamic Light Assist. In addition, the Side Assist Plus with Lane Assist are responsible for watching the driving lane and the dead angle, while the seats can be equipped with massage or climate features.
Under the hood, the European CC will come with six engines, three diesels and three petrols. The three diesel engines have a power range from 140 hp up to 300 hp. All of which are equipped with a Stop/Start system and regenerative braking energy as standard equipment. The three petrol engines range from 160 hp up to 300 hp. All engines will be available with the DSG automatic transmission and some of them will also get the 4Motion all-wheel drive.
